Thank you for being a loyal and supportive client of Batik Salon. We value your belief in us and we have always taken your safety and health with the utmost seriousness and care. As licensed professionals it is not only our job, it’s our commitment. The recent events of this crisis have changed all of our lives. With that in mind, we want to walk you through what we are doing as a company.

Please read this in its entirety. Your health and safety are paramount. Below we have outlined our mutual expectations; our commitment to you and your commitment to us. We will navigate this together.

Our Environment:

  • Thoroughly sanitized salon

  • State of the art air purification and sanitation system installed

  • Designated wash and sanitation areas

  • All key touchpoints will be continuously sanitized such as (but not limited to); hard surfaces, seats, stations, treatment tables, shampoo stations, bathroom, door handles, phones, and any area that comes into regular contact

  • Each station will be thoroughly sanitized before and after each client

  • Capes and towels will continue to be cleaned and dried properly after each client, per usual.

  • We have changed our booking policies.

Our Team:

  • If a team member is sick, they will stay home, quarantined for the appropriate amount of time, per CDC guidelines.

  • We will wash our hands properly before and after each client.

  • We offer mask to clients when needed.

  • We use cleaning agents and sanitizers for our equipment to sterilize them in between each service.

  • Our team is Barbicide Certified and has passed a Health & Sanitation Test with a score of 100%

Your Commitment to Us 

  • If you are sick or feel any symptoms of sickness, we ask that you reschedule your appointment with us

  • Please come alone for your appointment (Absolutely no children or pets allowed at this time)

  • No outside food or beverages

  • Upon arrival, clients will park, remain in vehicle, and call the salon at 860-648-2525. Your stylist will escort only clients with a scheduled appointment into the salon

  • Clients will arrive to a sanitizing station

  • Each client will be provided a new, clean mask provided by Batik Salon when deemed necessary.
